About Us
Who are we?
What is Kuikan Collective?
Welcome to Kuikan Collective! We are a cooperative that is built on the values of accountability, authenticy, and harmony.
Using art-based and dialogical methods, we uncover the hidden expertise that comes from your organization’s diversity and help you design structures and materials that take the whole community into consideration.
Let us help you build a culture of dialogue, harness the power of your diversity, and tailor processes and materials to suit your individual organization.
Since the beginning, we’ve talked about a space where we are all able to take initiative and build a community of entrepreneurs who can work on various projects together. That is why we are a cooperative. Each of us has equal power, and it is mandated structurally: by paying the membership fee, we each own one share in the company.
In case you’re interested, the organizing principle that supports this is called sociocracy. It’s a decentralized form of organizing that relies on us taking ownership over things that inspire us and otherwise, trusting others to do their part.
Our Values
1. Accountability
We believe in people. With the right knowledge, support, and tools, every person can be accountable for their own contribution to their shared working environment and to each other.
At Kuikan Co., each member is an owner. That means we are all dedicated to our — and your — shared success.
2. Authenticity

3. Harmony
Beautiful aesthetics, including music and movement, can inspire peaceful interactions, leading to inclusion, understanding and creativity within teams.
Our Mission
Let's Talk:
Implementing simple tools for complex situations
Kuikan means ‘let’s talk’ in Thai, and it evokes a sense of quiet communication to reach understanding. This was why Kuikan Co. was born: out of a passion to help people understand each other despite differences in opinion and through language barriers.

Each of us owns an equal part of the Kuikan Collective.
